I've been using Tindeq for a little bit more than a year on my climbing gym. Since it really help me improve my strength and resistance I decided to get one for myself. Shipping was super fast!

Works as expected. Very simple setup. Easy to use.
It only worked for a few months and then it died. It won't charge and no light turns on or blinks so it is a brick. I emailed support and haven't heard back.

Since we are not the manufacturer of the Tindeq, when a unit fails outside of our 30 day return window, our first step is to get the manufacturer directly involved. We reached out to Tindeq, got a you a troubleshooting video for the charging issue, and after that did not work we got you in touch with them directly so they could get you a replacement unit. This whole process did take a couple of days from your initial contact, but I can assure you we were on it right away. Given the price of the device I was very hesitant but the tindeq is an amazing piece of technology. Makes training for specific fingers and recovery extremely easy.Tons of professional training routines as well! Love it!

Tindeq has helped me in recovery for isometrics.
Need to buy another carabiner to use it but I tried someone else's tindeq and realized for on the go training it is super cool and I like the opportunities it creates with isometric training while also being able to see progress.
