All shipments are guaranteed.

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition (free of chalk marks, visible use, or damage). Please get in contact with us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) describing your situation. Return shipping is not covered and the original shipment cost is non refundable. International returns are not accepted.

If you believe your shipment is lost or has been stolen, or if you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to us via email.
International Shipping Policy (please read if you're shipping to outside the U.S.)
We currently ship to a limited, select countries outside the United States. If you are able to complete your order, you're good to go (keep reading, as we don't include import fees/taxes/duties, etc in our shipping rates except for Canada)! We do not accept returns from international addresses.
Shipping to CANADA:
We now have a new worry-free shipping option to Canada. Once you enter your address during check out and proceed to "Shipping" you should see at least one shipping option including:
"UPS Standard Shipping to Canada with no Surprises"
This shipping rate includes all duties/fees/taxes built in which we will pay to the carrier (UPS) on your behalf. You will not have to pay any additional taxes/duties/fees to receive your order in this case.
UPS shipping to Canada is the cheapest option and we've negotiated the best rates possible for this. Although it may seem expensive, these are the best rates available to us and we do not up charge on these shipment prices.
If you choose to ship via another method (such as USPS, or DHL), you may be subject to fees/import taxes/duties which you can research online to understand.

Shipping Internationally outside the U.S. and Canada:
Customs, Duties and Taxes (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING):
Frictitious Climbing LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you ship through USPS or UPS (and others), there may be additional fees/charges if/when USPS or UPS relays your package to your country's/regions mail delivery service. Please research this before ordering to understand if this will apply to your order.
