Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.frictitiousclimbing.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Frictitious Climbing LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Although we hope you'll love our products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason other than misuse of the product. The product must be in completely new condition (free of chalk marks, visible use, or damage). Please get in contact with us via email (info@frictitiousclimbing.com) describing your situation. We will send you a return label, and issue refund when we receive the return! International returns are currently NOT accepted. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to a limited, select countries outside the United States. If you are able to complete your order, you're good to go! We do not accept returns from international addresses.  

Customs, Duties and Taxes (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)

Frictitious Climbing LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you ship through USPS or UPS, there may be additional fees/charges if/when USPS or UPS relays your package to your country's/regions mail delivery service. Please research this before ordering to understand if this will apply to your order.
