Shipping & Return Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.
The product must be in new condition (free of chalk marks, visible use, or damage). Please get in contact with us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) describing your situation.
Return shipping is not covered and the original shipment cost is non refundable.

Frictitious Climbing LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy (please read if you're shipping to outside the U.S.)
We currently ship to a limited, select countries outside the United States. If you are able to complete your order, you're good to go! We do not accept returns from international addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING):
Frictitious Climbing LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you ship through USPS or UPS (and others), there may be additional fees/charges if/when USPS or UPS relays your package to your country's/regions mail delivery service. Please research this before ordering to understand if this will apply to your order.
