Shipping & Return Policy

All shipments are guaranteed.

Please reach out to us at if your shipment is lost or damaged.  Please keep a close eye on your tracking information to plan to receive your package when it arrives! 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days (not likely - we'll let you know). 

Shipping rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This includes international shipments. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition (free of chalk marks, visible use, or damage). Please get in contact with us via email ( describing your situation, we will likely email you a prepaid return label which will likely be the cheapest option. Return shipping is not covered and the original shipment cost is non refundable. International returns are not accepted.

Damages/Lost shipment:

If you believe your shipment is lost or has been stolen, or if you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to us via email. 


International Shipping Policy (please read if you're shipping to outside the U.S.)

We currently ship to most countries outside the United States! If you are able to complete checkout, you're good to go!

We've partnered with Shopify (our ecommerce platform on which we run our website) to offer our international customers the best shipping rates possible. 

International DHL and UPS shipping rates displayed at checkout should be accurate (email us if you think otherwise) and they include all duties / fees / import taxes associated with your order that we pay on your behalf. You will not need to pay additional charges to receive your order. 

In addition, all of our international shipments are pre-cleared by customs which reduces shipping times. 

At this time, we do not accept international returns, except in special circumstances.

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand: 

If you're shipping to Australia, and browsing our website, you're only seeing a small selection of our products. You may add these to your cart, find accurate shipping rates at checkout that include all import duties and fees, and place your order. 

If you'd like to see our entire product collection, please switch your geo-location in the top menu to "United States" to browse all of our products. 

If you'd like to include products in your order that are not shown when viewing from "Australia" geo location, please email us at with your address, phone number, and complete order details and we'll get you a custom order with accurate shipping to complete! (this shipping rate will not include import duties and fees). Thanks!
