Just like our Accessory Mounting Plates, the hold plate is the key to unlocking unlimited training options for your doorway mount. 

What it includes: 

• 1 premium plywood board with mounting pins for swapping on and off your doorway mount 

• 4 evenly spaced holes with t-nuts already installed for mounting holds to 

How it works: 

• Just like our accessory mounting plates, the Hold Plate pins slot in and out of the slots at the top of the doorway mount, allowing you to quickly swap between them 

• Pre-installed t-nuts accept 3/8" bolts that are included with our hold sets, or you can mount any hold to this plate, you'll need bolts that aren't too long 

Our recommendation: 

• We recommend getting an accessory mounting plate for your hangboard, so you can get the hold plate now, or at least have that option in the future, as opposed to permanently attaching your hangboard directly to the doorway mount 

• Bundle this with our hold sets, such as our Slopers, for a complete training package by checking the boxes above
