• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new condition (no chalk marks, visible wear, or damage).
• To begin a return, email info@frictitiousclimbing.com with your order number and brief description. We typically provide a prepaid return label (usually the lowest-cost option).
• Return shipping is not covered.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• International returns are not accepted (except in special circumstances).
