Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
We ship next business day on all orders. Rates are calculated at checkout. No weekend or holiday shipments. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email when it ships.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, save the packing materials and email us at info@frictitiousclimbing.com. We'll resolve it.
International Orders
We ship DDP. Meaning all duties, VAT, and import taxes are collected at checkout. What you see is what you pay. No surprise fees at the door. International orders ship via DHL, UPS, or FedEx, typically arriving in 2–7 business days.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on items in new, unused condition. To start a return, email info@frictitiousclimbing.com with your order number. We'll send a return label. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
International returns are not accepted except in special circumstances.
