Shipping & Return Policy
All Customers
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order
- We ship next business day on all orders. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
- All shipments are guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please save all packing materials and email us at info@frictitiousclimbing.com
International Customers
- All duties, VAT, and import taxes are collected up front at checkout (if you are in Europe, you most likely will see prices on our website with the VAT included - you'll see how much that is under your "Total" at checkout). We "Deliver Duties Paid" – you will not have to pay any additional fees to receive your order – what you see at checkout is the complete total.
- International orders ship via expedited DHL, UPS or FeDex, typically arriving in 2–7 business days. Some smaller items may have a slower, cheaper shipping option available at checkout.
- We ship to most countries – If checkout accepts your address, we can ship to you.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new condition (no chalk marks, visible wear, or damage).
- To begin a return, email info@frictitiousclimbing.com with your order number and brief description. We typically provide a prepaid return label (usually the lowest-cost option).
- Return shipping is not covered.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International returns are not accepted (except in special circumstances).
