Challenging center hold

The 25mm center hold is specially designed for one arm training. It features a fully, slight in-cut contour that promotes comfort and an active, climbing-specific grip position. If you can't hang from it on your first try, you can still train on it with assistance from a pulley, band, cord, or even using one hand on a separate edge.
