Got some overworked fingers such as your ring or middle finger? Use the bump on the 40mm edge to deload them, while recruiting your lazy pinky and index fingers - or mix it up! Compared to a flat edge, this feature increases the height of the edge your middle two fingers sit on, effectively reducing how deep of a crimp they are in and forcing your "lazy" pinky and index fingers into a half crimp instead of an open hand drag position. Ideal for rehab, pre-hab, recruitment, warming up and longevity.
The hangboard measures 26 3/4" wide, 6 1/2" tall, and 2.25" thick, and is compatible with our doorway mounts, and accessory mounting plates.
The hangboard is made from durable poplar wood, with natural color variations that make each board unique.
The hangboard offers a range of edge sizes, including 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm, providing a variety of options for progressive training from beginner to advanced levels.
