Q: Is there a product guarantee?  
A: Absolutely, all our products are guaranteed to be robust, and of the highest quality. If you do have an issue with our product, please send us an email with image of the issue, and we will be happy to evaluate and we will replace if there is a manufacturing error of the product. 

Q: What is the return policy? 
A: Although we hope you'll love our products, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition (free of chalk marks, visible use, or damage). Please get in contact with us via email (info@frictitiousclimbing.com) describing your situation. 

International returns are currently NOT accepted.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Currently we are running a streamline business. In most cases your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will be notified if there is a delay. 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: Currently we ship to most countries outside the United States. Please review our shipping policy here to understand applicable taxes, duties, customs, fees, etc that might apply to your order. If you can complete your check out, you're good to go and we will ship to you!
