We finally created our dream hangboard. Why? Because we wanted to create a full sized hangboard that stood up to any hangboard on the market and one that exudes everything we love about finger strength training.
The Frictitious Hangboard features simplicity and comfort at the forefront. Finger strength training can get complicated, we've spent pointless hours using an endless variety of features on overly complicated boards.
So we designed our own. If we could send ourselves a care package into the past, we would include this board, and a note that says "simplicity, intention, and try hard".
The Frictitious Hangboard encapsulates simplicity and ergonomics. It takes finger strength training back to the roots of strength training: progressive overload. You don't need 50 features on your hangboard, you can find those in the gym.
Train on the custom contoured edges of this board until you're strong enough to hang one handed in the center of the full width rungs, and then progress into the upper echelons of finger strength from there.
The 3 main training edges on the Frictitious Hangboard are the most comfortable on the market. They extend the full width of the board so you can train two or one handed easily. They're nicely rounded allowing you to train with 4, 3, 2, or even 1 finger. Comfortably train anything from half crimps, to open handed, pockets, or even monos.
