Use the pull up style full width jug for wide and narrow pull ups. The super comfortable and full grip allows confident pulling training.
The top tier includes nicely rounded, evenly spaced 30mm and 15mm edges. The 30mm is fantastic for warming up and for beginners progressing towards the 20mm and 15mm.
We machined our favorite small edges into the second tier. The 12mm is challenging but big enough for consistency and comfort. Making gains on this edge has translated great to our outdoor climbing. Use the very challenging 10mm for your "micro" training.
Finally, the prized feature of the 2.0 is our custom contoured 20mm edge running the full width of the board. No matter how wide your shoulders are, you'll find the perfect spacing for your hands to train ergonomically. As you progress to one hand training (with a pulley assist for example), you can train on the 20mm in the center. This makes training in the constraints of a doorway easy and eliminates the need for adding an excessive amount of weight to your body.
We made the 20mm edge the centerpiece of this board because that's where we (and many coaches) believe climbers of all levels should spend the majority of their training and testing. Comfortably train anything from half crimps, to open handed, pockets, or even monos. We could spend eternity training on this edge, making steady, measurable gains for years to come.
