You asked and we listened. A multi pinch block that is specifically designed to up your pinch strength quickly, in a rock climbing specific manner.
"The Pinch" design offers a huge variety of pinch sizes and shapes in a small package. Dig in with the in-cuts on top, try not to slip off the wide pinch on the bottom, or get a mitt full and lift something heavy by grabbing the full block which fits in your hand perfectly.
As seen in Geek Climber's 30 Day Challenge Video, we took renowned Coach Eric Horst's input and designed this block to be versatile, ergonomic and target your thumb and forearm effectively.
Maple offers durability and low friction, which means you'll need to squeeze hard even with small weights - convenient! We've incorporated this pinch block into our training here at Frictitious and have been surprised at our progress. You will too.
